What is LuxGoddess?
LuxGoddess is an interactive and personalized shopping experience with discounts on designer merchandise and online coupon codes from top fashion stores. At LuxGoddess, your personal profile will contain your brand and size preferences to create a Sale Rack customized just for you.

How do I create a personal profile?
Begin by entering your e-mail address and clicking the Sign Up button on our home page. Next, you’ll be prompted to Create a Profile, where you will input your size and brand preferences for each merchandise category to create your personal Sale Rack. Simply click on each category link and then check the appropriate boxes to indicate your size and brand choices. You may select as many sizes and brands as you like, and your selections can be updated or changed at any time. Finally, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address, to choose a password, and to provide a few more personal details. Once you have completed your profile, your customized Sale Rack of your desired brands and sizes will appear when you select the My Sale Rack tab on the LuxGoddess home page, and updates will be sent directly to your e-mail.

Why are there so few products in my Sale Rack emails?
Your Sale Rack emails contain apparel and accessory choices which match the preferences you’ve set up in your personal profile. If you’d like to increase the number of items on your Sale Rack, simply access your personal profile and select additional brands and sizes for each merchandise category.

Why are there “out of stock” items in my email and/or on the site?
When designer merchandise goes on sale, it doesn’t take long to completely sell out. If an “out of stock” item appears on your Sale Rack or on our site, it simply means that the retailer hasn’t had a chance to remove that item from the store’s website. If you find that an item on our site is “out of stock,” please let us know by clicking the icon provided.

How does LuxGoddess find deals?
We search the websites of your favorite stores to find the best deals in designer merchandise, and then we bring those selections directly to you - all on one site. At LuxGoddess, you can compare and shop designer deals on apparel, accessories, and more, brought to you from the best retailers in the business.

Why can't I pay for all my purchases at once? Why do I have to pay for each item separately?
When you make a purchase at LuxGoddess, your purchase transaction is made directly through the retail website from which your item was selected. Multiple items selected from the same retailer may be purchased together in the same transaction, while all other items must be purchased separately.

Why am I not getting emails?
Your server may have directed LuxGoddess email to your spam folder. To ensure timely receipt of your Sale Rack emails, please place LuxGoddess on your safe list.

What is your return policy?
Each retail store has its own return policy. When considering a purchase from LuxGoddess, please consult the retailer’s website for details on returns and exchanges.
